Für unsere zukünftige Fab in Dresden suchenwir eine/n hochmotivierte/n und engagierte/n: MitarbeiterQualitätskontrolle & Wareneingang / QC Technician (m/w/d) As ourSystem Specialist for Incoming Material Quality & Reliability, youwill be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that only thehighest-standard materials make it into our production line. Bysetting up advanced web-based systems, building key interfaces withsuppliers, and shaping our quality processes from day one, yourfootprint will be embedded in every microchip we manufacture.

Tasks Organizethe Digital Infrastructure: Set up and optimize our advanced web-basedQR systems and establish automated data transfer protocols with globalsuppliers from the ground up. Own the Quality Gates: Take ownership ofmaterial usage decisions and master data maintenance within SAP,ensuring a continuous, in-time supply of premium materials into theFab.

Turn Data into Excellence: Collect raw data and monitorStatistical Process Control (SPC) charts, transforming it intostrategic operational workflows. Be the Knowledge Pioneer: Act as thefirst point of contact for troubleshooting. Train internal teams aswell as external international suppliers on our systems.

DriveContinuous Evolution: Collaborate closely with engineering teams tosystematically improve productivity through optimized data management.Profile Your Foundation: A completed vocational training(Berufsausbildung), paired with 2–5 years of professional experiencein a comparable quality, data, or technical role within aninternational high-tech environment. Your Toolset: Solid expertise indata management, reporting, and ERP systems (ideally SAP), combinedwith a good understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)systems.

Your Communication:Fluent in English (our company language and communication tocolleagues in Taiwan and Arizona). Great to have: Experience in ahigh-tech manufacturing industry. Plus, basic language skills inGerman or Mandarin to ease local and global collaboration.
