Forour future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated andcommitted: Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist /Senior Specialist (m/f/d) As our Employer Branding & InternalCommunications Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll bring our employer brandto life while helping to build the internal communication landscape ofa fast-growing greenfield organization. Working closely with HR,Talent Acquisition and our global headquarters, you’ll translate ourglobal values into authentic local communication that inspires bothcurrent and future employees.

Your focus is on employer branding,employee experience and internal communications – not corporate PR.Job Responsibilities Develop and implement creative employer brandinginitiatives across channels such as LinkedIn, our career website andemployer review platforms Create compelling content, including copy,campaign concepts and ideas for visual and video content Bringemployer branding campaigns from the initial concept through toexecution Ensure our global employer brand is reflected authenticallyin our local activities Help build and develop our internalcommunication channels, including digital platforms and employeenewsletters Discover and share stories from across the organizationthat strengthen our culture and foster engagement Translate complextopics into clear, engaging communication for employees Supportinternal events, town halls and culture initiatives that connect ourgrowing workforce Work closely with colleagues across HR andinternational stakeholders to ensure consistent and effectivecommunication Act as a bridge between global corporate communicationprinciples and local implementation Partner with HR and TalentAcquisition to create a seamless employee and candidate experienceProfile Completed degree in marketing, communication sciences,business administration (BWL) with a focus on HR, media studies, orbusiness psychology is required Professional experience in EmployerBranding or Internal Communications Proven experience in buildinginternal communication channels (e.g. intranet, newsletters, employeecommunication platforms) Strong copywriting and storytelling skillswith the ability to create engaging content for different audiencesProven experience with social media, employer branding campaigns ordigital content creation Excellent communication skills in German andEnglish (C1/C2 - written and spoken) A hands-on mindset with themotivation to turn ideas into action and deliver results The abilityto work effectively with international stakeholders in a multiculturalenvironment Experience in a growing, international or greenfieldenvironment would be nice to have Why Join ESMC?
