Forour future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated andcommitted: (Senior) Equipment Technician (m/f/d) We are building ateam and are looking for skilled Advanced Equipment Technicians tobecome the backbone of our manufacturing process. In this dynamicrole, you will go beyond basic maintenance. You will tackle complexequipment challenges, ensure top-tier quality, and step up as a leaderand mentor to our junior technicians.

Tasks Execute advancedpreventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot complex, high-levelequipment issues with minimal engineering guidance. Act as a mentor!Lead junior technicians in daily PM and troubleshooting activities,ensure checklists are flawlessly completed, and coach newcomers tosuccess. Have an eagle eye for detail?

You will identify subtleequipment deviations (e.g., rough movements, worn components), reportabnormalities, and help drive process stability. Contribute directlyto our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and demonstrate basic tooltroubleshooting for the wider team. Take ownership of the partslifecycle—managing scrapped parts and ensuring our inventory isalways sufficient and ready to go.

Identify safety risks, create basicsafety SOPs, and provide essential safety training to keep your teamsecure. Profile Successfully completed vocational training in anindustrial or mechanical field (IHK certified: Industriemechaniker,Mechatroniker or Elektriker) At least 3 years of professionalexperience in a manufacturing environment. Semiconductor industryexperience is nice to have Practical English skills (Level B1).
