For our future fab in Dresden, we are lookingfor a highly motivated and committed: Senior Process EngineerWarehouse & Logistics (m/f/d) At ESMC, you will have the opportunityto shape and optimize warehouse processes for a state-of-the-artsemiconductor manufacturing facility from the ground up. As a SeniorWarehouse Process Engineer, you will play a key role in drivingprocess excellence, digital transformation, and operational efficiencyacross warehouse and logistics operations.

Working closely withheadquarters, global fab teams, and local stakeholders, you willanalyze, improve, and implement warehouse processes that supporthighly automated and world-class manufacturing operations. Tasks 1.Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Analyze warehouseoperations and workflows to identify improvement opportunities anddrive continuous improvement initiatives Benchmark warehouse processesagainst headquarters and other global fabs, adapting best practices tolocal business requirements Design, implement, and standardizewarehouse processes to improve efficiency, transparency, andoperational performance Support operational teams in resolvingprocess-related challenges and implementing sustainable solutionsParticipate in warehouse design and process implementation projectswithin the ESMC fab environment Ensure standardized and efficientwarehouse operations through process alignment and implementation 2.Automation & Digital Transformation: Support the development andoptimization of warehouse layouts, storage concepts, and material flowstrategies Contribute to the integration of warehouse managementsystems and new technologies that enhance operational transparency andefficiency Utilize data analysis and KPI monitoring to evaluateprocess performance and identify improvement opportunities Conductroot cause analyses and develop corrective actions for process-relatedissues Drive data-based decision-making to support operationalexcellence and process standardization 3.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain,manufacturing, facility, and engineering teams to ensure smoothend-to-end processes Collaborate with headquarters and overseas fabsto align on global standards, exchange best practices, and implementnew processes Profile Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics,Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or arelated field 3+ years of experience in warehouse process engineering,logistics operations, continuous improvement, or related manufacturingenvironments Experience within the semiconductor industry is requiredStrong analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to driveprocess improvements.
