Your tasks:

- Mechanical & Structural Engineering: Apply mechanical and structural engineering principles to design, analyze, and improve systems and structures
- Project Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams on engineering projects, ensuring timely and successful project execution
- Design & Analysis: Develop detailed engineering designs and perform analysis for mechanical systems, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with industry standards
- Quality Management: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring all designs and projects meet regulatory and internal quality standards
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and other engineering disciplines to support product development
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and solve engineering challenges related to mechanical and structural systems
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, design changes, and quality control processes

Your profile:

- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3-8 years of experience in mechanical and structural engineering, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in project leadership, managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or similar tools
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, ASME)
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools
- Good English (required); German is an advantage, particularly for liaison with German suppliers and specialist engineers
