Payroll Coordination and Project Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

- Preparing and validating payroll input data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes according to payroll calendars and deadlines
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation
- Support Audits; payroll reconciliations and data checks
- Coordinate payroll inputs with HR, employees, managers, and external payroll vendors
- Monitor payroll timelines and follow up on pending payroll actions
- Assist in tracking payroll-related activities and deliverables across European countries
- Escalate payroll issues and discrepancies to the Payroll Lead

Your profile:

- Degree in accounting, finance, management or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in operational HR administration, including exposure to payroll processes and employee lifecycle management
- Practical experience supporting payroll activities, with a solid understanding of payroll-related data, documentation, and processes
- Proficient communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with HR, payroll providers, managers, and employees
- Fluent English skills
