YOUR ROLEOur office is where our whole team comes together. As we grow, it needs someone who makes it run smoothly every day and shapes it into a place people enjoy working in. You’ll own it fully: set up the routines, plan the improvements and make sure everything just works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize office activities
• Manage landlord, facility and service providers
• Oversee stock of office supplies
• Greet visitors at office
• Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
• Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor
