(Sr.) Development Engineer (m/f/d) - Silicon Carbide (SiC) (Physiker/in)

About the role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development of Silicon Carbide (SiC) products.

This is your new job

- Responsible for functionality & performance of the final product
- Work together with simulations, layout and manufacturing teams
- Develop and implement new technology concepts to manufacturing
- Ensure the process integration of the full manufacturing route
- Support the definition of test structures for technology characterization
- Co-operate with internal and external development and production partners

This is you

- PhD or Master ‘s Degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated working experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably SiC in industrial environment, depending on educational credentials
- Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
- Fluency in English, conversational German is desirable
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Willingness to travel occasionally
