Global Quality Systems Engineer (m/f/d) (Qualitätsingenieur/in)

Join Nexperia and play a key role in strengthening our global quality systems by ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards. In this position, you will lead audit programs, support site integration into the Nexperia Management System, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement and quality excellence

This is your new job

- Ensure Corporate Quality System compliance by executing internal and external audits (ISO9001, IATF16949).
- Develop Nexperia’s quality systems and tools.
- Drive Internal audit programs and site integration into the Nexperia Management System, and the global quality systems.
- Evaluate best practices in our quality management system.
- Manage Customer Requirements, and align cross-functional teams, manufacturing sites, and external partners.

This is you

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, operations, or science.
- Min 3 years of technical quality experience in semiconductors, electronics or high demanding industry depending on educational credentials
- Manufacturing knowledge in automotive (or other demanding) industry
- Semiconductor process and product knowledge.
- Certified Internal Auditor highly desirable (such as IATF 16949, ISO9001, VDA 6.3)
- Strong communication and influencing abilities
- Team player with multicultural awareness
- Hands-on mentality to drive innovative solutions independently
- Excellent English and German for international communication
- Desired: Knowledge in Project Management
- Desired: Knowledge in Data Analysis and System development
