This is your new roleProject Planning and Delivery- Define the overall project plan in consultation and agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders- Responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan and within agreed boundaries (Specification, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization)- Ensure that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, monitor and control execution of own projectsCross Functional Team Management- Define competencies and resources needed and build a high-performing project team.

Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict managementRisk and Issue Management- Analyze project risks regarding specifications, costs, timing, etc. and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risksChange Management- Manage all requested changes and execute change management processCost and Budget Management- Define project budget, ongoing cost control, and transparent financial tracking throughout the projectReporting, Communication & Stakeholder Management- Transparent project reporting, including concise status updates and approval presentations for senior management, effective communication flows, and proactive stakeholder engagementContinuous Improvement & Professional Development- Initiate and contribute to quality improvement activities related to business processes & procedures- Upgrade and adapt own competence, use cross organizational sharing and learning within the teams and the group of project leadersThis is you- University degree in an engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics- Minimum 3 years of proven track record in successful management and delivery projects, depending on educational credentials- Proven leadership qualities in leading project teams in an intercultural environment- A strong understanding of risk management, change management, resource planning and budget management including CAPEX and product cost control- PMI certification or similar is beneficial- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages is a plus- Experience of managing diverse, cross-functional project teams in a matrixed organization- A demonstrable ability to build, motivate, and sustain high-performing teams- Ability to work under pressure and to take initiative to find solutions for problems- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills in German- Good team player
