CRM Automation Expert (all genders) (Informatiker/in)

As a CRM Automation Expert, you will build, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, app push, WhatsApp, and SMS. You create templates, manage audience segmentation, and collaborate with marketing, MarTech, data teams, and partners to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

- Build and optimize automated CRM campaigns across email, app push, and WhatsApp/SMS.
- Create responsive email templates and customer journeys.
- Translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage audiences, segmentation, and personalization using customer data.
- Drive CRM innovation through AI, automation, and marketing technology.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and tech teams on integrations and platform enhancements.
- Ensure best practices in deliverability, tracking, and GDPR compliance.

Ihr Profil:

- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, tracking, and GDPR.
- Advanced HTML and SQL skills; JavaScript and/or Python are a plus.
- Experience with analytics tools and customer data integrations.
- Strong understanding of cross-channel CRM and customer journeys.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Ability to translate business needs into impactful, personalized CRM solutions.
- Proactive, structured, and collaborative way of working.
