Für unsere zukünftige Fab in Dresden suchenwir eine/n hochmotivierte/n und engagierte/n: Systembetreuer (m/w/d)Incoming Material Quality Systems As our System Specialist forIncoming Material Quality & Reliability, you will be the gatekeeper ofquality, ensuring that only the highest-standard materials make itinto our production line. By setting up advanced web-based systems,building key interfaces with suppliers, and shaping our qualityprocesses from day one, your footprint will be embedded in everymicrochip we manufacture.

Tasks Organize the Digital Infrastructure: Set upand optimize our advanced web-based QR systems and establish automateddata transfer protocols with global suppliers from the ground up. Ownthe Quality Gates: Take ownership of material usage decisions andmaster data maintenance within SAP, ensuring a continuous, in-timesupply of premium materials into the Fab.

Turn Data into Excellence:Collect raw data and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts,transforming it into strategic operational workflows. Be the KnowledgePioneer: Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting. Traininternal teams as well as external international suppliers on oursystems.

Drive Continuous Evolution: Collaborate closely withengineering teams to systematically improve productivity throughoptimized data management. Profile Your Foundation: A completedvocational training (Berufsausbildung), paired with 2–5 years ofprofessional experience in a comparable quality, data, or technicalrole within an international high-tech environment. Your Toolset:Solid expertise in data management, reporting, and ERP systems(ideally SAP), combined with a good understanding of StatisticalProcess Control (SPC) systems.

Your Mindset: You thrive in dynamic,fast-paced environments and view evolving processes as an opportunityto actively shape workflows. Detail-focused. Highly resilient.

YourCommunication: Fluent in English (our company language andcommunication to colleagues in Taiwan and Arizona). Great to have:Experience in a high-tech manufacturing industry. Plus, basic languageskills in German or Mandarin to ease local and global collaboration.Ready for Training at TSMC in Taiwan: 6 month.
