As a Technical Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) ,you will play a key role in establishing and managing FacilityManagement services for ESMC’s office environment. You will beresponsible for selecting, implementing, and managing external serviceproviders while ensuring high-quality workplace services and positiveemployee experience. You will be part of ESMC’s Facility Managementteam, supporting the development and management of workplace andfacility services across ESMC’s growing operations in Dresden.

TasksManage the selection, tendering and implementation of FacilityManagement service providers. Lead contract negotiations in closecollaboration with internal stakeholders and procurement teams. Manageand monitor service contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Trackservice provider performance using defined KPIs and Service LevelAgreements (SLAs). Conduct regular performance reviews andcoordination meetings with service providers. Manage escalations andensure timely resolution of service-related issues.

Oversee andcoordinate facility-related services, including: Cleaning, Catering,Landscaping and gardening services. Waste and Parking as well asOffice space and meeting room management. Ensure smooth dailyoperations and a high level of workplace satisfaction.

Maintain asolid understanding of building infrastructure and technical systems.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regardingfacility-related technical topics. Support the operation andmaintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, water andbuilding automation systems. Support the establishment and continuousimprovement of Facility Management processes and service structures.Contribute to the development of service standards, performancemonitoring and operational best practices.

Identify opportunities toenhance service quality and user experience. Profile Degree inFacility Management, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering,or a related field 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management ora similar environment Experience managing external service providersand service contracts Experience in office building operations andworkplace services Technical understanding of building systems, suchas HVAC, electrical, water, or building automation systems FluentGerman and English skills We offer Security & Perspective: A permanentemployment contract and career advancement opportunities in one ofEurope's leading semiconductors fabs.
