Working acrosscustomer management, Road operations and solution development, youwill be close to the decisions that matter. You will turn customerrequirements and performance insights into practical improvements,bringing colleagues and customers together to deliver results acrossinternal markets.

Grow through ownership and influence You will jointhe Contract Management team within the Road Control Towerorganisation, which serves as the strategic customer interface forsome of DSV's most important Road Logistics customers. This is anopportunity to expand your scope through international customerexposure, cross-functional collaboration and real accountability. Youwill have the freedom to influence solutions, challenge constructivelyand help shape both the customer experience and DSV’s performance.What you bring: You combine strong customer focus with commercialawareness and the ability to navigate complex stakeholderenvironments.

We are looking for someone with: Several years (5-10years) of relevant experience in transport, logistics, supply chain,customer solutions, account management, or contract management Strongknowledge of Road Freight operations and international transportnetworks Experience managing strategic customer relationships orportfolios The ability to influence stakeholders at differentorganisational levels Strong analytical skills and confidence workingwith KPIs, performance metrics and operational data Experience drivingcontinuous improvement A solution-oriented mindset with the confidenceto challenge constructively Strong Excel and data interpretationcapabilities Excellent communication skills in English.
