Manager, Road Control Tower (m/f/d) the position can be based in one

of our Road Transport Control Towers across Germany, the Netherlands

Shape solutions that move our customers forward: As a Customer

Solution Manager in DSV’s Road Control Tower, you are at the centre

of the relationship between our customers and our organisation. You

bring people together across operations, commercial teams and markets

to solve complex challenges, strengthen performance and turn

agreements into solutions that work in practice. Working across

customer management, Road operations and solution development, you

will be close to the decisions that matter. You will turn customer

requirements and performance insights into practical improvements,

bringing colleagues and customers together to deliver results across

internal markets. Grow through ownership and influence You will join

the Contract Management team within the Road Control Tower

organisation, which serves as the strategic customer interface for

some of DSV's most important Road Logistics customers. This is an

opportunity to expand your scope through international customer

exposure, cross-functional collaboration and real accountability. You

will have the freedom to influence solutions, challenge constructively

and help shape both the customer experience and DSV’s performance.

What you bring: You combine strong customer focus with commercial

awareness and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder

environments. We are looking for someone with: Several years (5-10

years) of relevant experience in transport, logistics, supply chain,

customer solutions, account management, or contract management Strong

knowledge of Road Freight operations and international transport

networks Experience managing strategic customer relationships or

portfolios The ability to influence stakeholders at different

organisational levels Strong analytical skills and confidence working

with KPIs, performance metrics and operational data Experience driving

continuous improvement A solution-oriented mindset with the confidence

to challenge constructively Strong Excel and data interpretation

capabilities Excellent communication skills in English.
