Your work will help bring that value tomanufacturers across the US. Tasks Join our GTM team in Munich,Germany and work with the founders to build our presence acrossEuropean markets, based in Munich. Own the full sales cycle, fromidentifying manufacturers with a real engineering challenge todiscovery, product demos, paid pilots and annual contracts. Partnerwith Engineering on technical deployment and customer outcomes. Buildyour own pipeline. Open new conversations through outbound email,LinkedIn, trade shows, and industry networks. Understand the customer.Run discovery with plant leaders, engineering managers, and operationsleaders. Show the value. Deliver product demos and build ROI casesaround the customer’s own data and workflows. Close the deal. Moveopportunities from paid pilot to annual license. Work as one team.Partner closely with our engineering team, who lead technicaldeployment. Help shape how we sell. Bring field feedback to Productand leadership, and document what works. Profile Experience owning thefull B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to close, in software ortechnical services. A track record of generating your own pipeline andbuilding credible business cases with customers. The ability to workwith engineering, operations and business leaders through complexbuying decisions. Knowledge of European industrial markets, orevidence that you can develop a new market. German for customerconversations and workshops, and English for internationalcollaboration. Willingness to visit customers and industry events.Travel and working arrangements will be discussed during the hiringprocess.
