#WeAreIn for jobs that impact everyone's life.Bridging needs with innovation – where customer challenges become our next bigidea.As a Manager Content Architecture on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products intocutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success.Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role- Develop and evolve content architecture frameworks,standards and best practices.- Define content structures, taxonomy and metadata approaches. - Drive initiatives that improve content reusability, quality and lifecycle management.- Establish requirements for structured and AI-ready content. - Develop guidance, playbooks and enablement material for content stakeholders.- Identify information and content gaps, structuraldependencies and improvement opportunities across key business priorities.- Partner with divisional and central teams to ensure alignment and adoption of content standards. - Support the continuous evolution of information and contentcapabilities, governance and ways of working.Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed- A degreein Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems,Computer Science, Innovation Management, or a related field additionalqualifications in Digital Transformation or Artificial Intelligence are a plus- At least 5 years professional experience in Content Architecture, Information Architecture, Content Strategy or Content Governance. - Strong understanding of taxonomy,metadata and structured content principles. - Experience building scalableframeworks, standards or operating models. - Ability to translate complex businessrequirements into practical solutions. - Strong stakeholder management andcollaboration skills in a matrix environment. - Very good communicationand presentation skills in English, German is a plus.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
