Tasks: Your Mission You will lead our European Sales organization to

success, both strategically and operationally, with a strong focus on

customer retention, growth, and innovation. As a member of our

leadership team, you will actively shape the future of chemical

logistics, further develop our sales organization, and set benchmarks

in a dynamic market environment. Your Key Responsibilities Strategy:

Develop and implement long-term sales strategies for existing

customers and new business acquisition, with a focus on innovation and

emerging technologies. Customer Management: Actively manage our

customer portfolio, particularly strategic key accounts, and establish

a value-based customer management approach. Team Leadership: Lead,

motivate, and develop our sales teams (Key Account Management, Inside

Sales, and Solution Center), with a strong focus on performance,

professional growth, and our corporate values. Contract & Pricing

Management: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements and implement

standards for commercial terms, conditions, and compliance. Process

Optimization: Continuously improve our sales processes ("Contact to

Order") by leveraging digital solutions (Salesforce, SAP) and

KPI-driven management. Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess,

and mitigate sales-related risks. Culture: Promote a values-based

leadership culture centered on customer focus, accountability, and

teamwork Your Profile: Experience: Several years of leadership

experience in sales, ideally within chemical logistics, hazardous

goods logistics, or a comparable industry. Expertise: Strong strategic

thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and experience managing

budgets and KPIs. Leadership: Proven success in leading and developing

teams, with a modern and empowering leadership approach. Digital

Mindset: Affinity for digital tools (Salesforce, SAP, MS Office) and

data-driven decision-making. Languages: Business fluent English (C1

level); additional foreign languages are an advantage. Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, empathy, decisiveness, and the ability
