- Define the strategy and roadmap for Time Critical Solutions- Develop playbooks and solution frameworks for urgent and complex customer needs- Drive innovation in OBC, Charters, Sameday Products, Diplomatic Courier, and related services- Ensure premium service quality and operational excellence- Support Sales with rapid and accurate solution design- Monitor performance and customer feedback to drive improvements- Collaborate with Network & Partner Management on partner capabilities and performance- Act as interface to IT and Project Management for solution‑related system enhancements- Communicate strategy and updates to stakeholdersIhr Profil:- Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience- Proven track record in freight forwarding, logistics and product management- Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills- Ability to influence and work in a matrix setup- Proven ability to data-driven decision making- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software- Excellent verbal and written English and German skills- Business Travel- Severely disabled applicants with equal aptitude are given preferential treatment
