Senior Electronics Engineer F/M/D (Ingenieur/in - Elektrotechnik)

During your work as Senior Electronics Engineer at aquila biolabs, you will:

- develop analog and digital circuits, sensor interfaces and PCBs from concept to production,
- prototype, test and debug assemblies, optimizing signal quality, power consumption and EMC performance,
- own hardware decisions, work with firmware and mechanical engineers, and mentor colleagues.

Your skills should include:

- extensive professional experience developing electronics and bringing hardware into production,
- in-depth knowledge of analog and digital circuits, sensor interfaces and microcontroller peripherals,
- strong proficiency in schematics, PCB layout, component selection and design for manufacturing and testing,
- extensive practical experience with prototyping, board bring-up, oscilloscopes, debugging, and hardware verification of miniaturized electronics, including manual assembly and rework of BGA-ICs, 0201 components and other miniature packages
- experience with low-level driver implementation in embedded C, EMC-aware design, grounding, shielding and compliance testing,
- the ability to develop technical concepts independently, document decisions and guide implementation,
- structured problem-solving and collaboration with firmware, mechanical and scientific teams.

You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, mechatronics or a related field, or an equivalent qualification. Substantial professional experience and independent ownership of electronics development are required.
