Your Responsibilities

For the major capacity expansion program of the global Advantest Supply Chain, we are looking for a Senior Director to establish the program structure, governance, tracking and management, aligning strategies, initiatives and ownership between the different Global and BU Supply Chain units.

Key responsibilities:

Establish the program structure, roles, governance, KPI's and tracking in alignment with BU and global SC teams and sub-programs. Provide guidance and advice to programs and projects in involved organizations to maximize the impact towards the supply chain capacity targets Define, prioritize and drive end-to-end order fulfillment process breakthrough programs in collaboration with global Business Process Re-Engineering and Corporate IT divisions. Manage and coordinate budget and staffing to globally enable initiatives and projects of the supply chain capacity expansion program Ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders, from executive sponsors and BU general managers to department and team leaders

Excellent program management skills and program delivery track record Supply Chain & Operations competences and leadership Operational transformation programs & Business Process Reengineering programs Organizational development & capability building Outstanding stakeholder management, both a executive and operational level
