Your Responsibilities

Support Windchill upgrades, patches, releases, deployments, and environment refreshes. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Windchill customizations, configurations, integrations, and related applications. Automate deployment, configuration, monitoring, and operational activities using DevOps tools and scripting. Organize stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication of decisions, actions, and responsibilities. Manage expectations across business and IT stakeholders and proactively communicate changes or delivery risks.

Your Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab or similar DevOps platforms.

Nice to Have

Experience with NX, Inventor, SW, Montor graphics, or other CAD integrations Understanding of digital thread / digital twin concepts Experience working in global teams

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to work independently and drive topics Structured thinking with a problem-solving mindset
