Recruitment Assistant (m/w/d) for AMLA

DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking a dedicated and reliable Recruitment

Assistant (m/f/d) for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am

Main. In this role, you will provide general administrative and

organizational support, including meeting coordination, document

preparation, correspondence, and internal task coordination.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support for recruitment and

selection procedures, including:

• Supporting the end-to-end selection process for AMLA staff,

including screening applications, coordinating written tests and

interviews, and preparing related documentation and reports.

• Assisting Selection Committees throughout all stages of

recruitment and selection procedures.

• Liaising with external service providers, including proctoring

companies, to organise and coordinate supervised assessments.

• Supporting the implementation of recruitment processes, including

drafting offer letters, coordinating pre-employment medical

examinations, and completing related administrative tasks.

• Drafting, publishing, and promoting vacancy notices across

relevant channels.

• Assisting with the management and monitoring of recruitment plans,

talent pools, and reserve lists.

• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining recruitment

documentation in line with applicable procedures and deadlines.

Requirements:

- Essential: post-secondary education attested by a diploma

- At least 1 year of professional experience in recruitment and

selection activities.

- IT Skills General confidence with IT systems (will have to learn to

use AMLA’s recruitment tool) and a good knowledge of Excel

- English is the standard working language and therefore a C1 level is

required.
