**Your Responsibilities:**

- Providing technical and commercial support to existing customers and developing long-term customer relationships

- Identifying, developing, and acquiring new customers and business opportunities across Europe

- Understanding and analyzing customers' technical requirements, processes, and applications

- Advising customers on suitable products, technologies, and process solutions

- Developing customer-specific solutions in close collaboration with our technical and product management teams

- Preparing, presenting, and following up on technical and commercial proposals

- Monitoring market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities

- Identifying new market opportunities and potential applications for our products

- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and a high degree of flexibility• Very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications

- Business-level English proficiency; German language skills are an advantage

- Independent, structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style

- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, reliability, ability to work in a team, and commitment to quality

- Supporting customer projects throughout the entire sales cycle – from the initial inquiry to contract signing and beyond

- Participating in national and international trade shows, conferences, and customer events

**Your Profile:**

- University degree in biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, chemistry, life sciences, or a comparable technical or scientific field

- Professional experience in technical sales, bioprocessing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or the life sciences industry

- Good understanding of laboratory workflows and biotechnological applications

- Interest in laboratory consumables, liquid handling technologies, and biopharma applications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a results-oriented approach

- Excellent customer and service orientation with strong communication and presentation skills
