International Key Account Manager (m/f/d) (Sales-Manager/in)

This position is planned to start in January 2027.Our offer:- A varied and challenging role in a successful and financially stable company- Personal and professional development opportunities in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and project work- Further benefits are offered in line with local, country-specific policiesYour responsibilities:- Manage contracts and maintain business relationships with selected European key accounts- Drive business development with existing and potential international customers, with a strong focus on sustainable growth- Coordinate and respond to international (European) tenders- Support local sales teams by providing insights and information on international accounts within the Messer GroupYour profile:- 10–15 years of sales experience, ideally across our full product portfolio (industrial gases, specialty gases, cylinder gases, bulk and onsite solutions)- Proven strong sales and negotiation skills- Languages: fluent in English; good knowledge of German; additional languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different countries, cultures, and functions (sales and application management)- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 35 %)Homeoffice:Umfang: Nach Vereinbarung
