Expert Quantity Survey - CSA (m/f/d)

* Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to estimate quantities and costs.

* Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) or Schedules of Rates specific to CSA systems.

* Use digital tools (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, Revit, BIM) to ensure precision and efficiency in quantification.

* Verify subcontractor payment applications and progress reports.

* Support the Subcontract Manager with final measurements for contract close-out.

* Third-level education diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

* At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience with a main contractor.

* Relevant experience in EPC client projects with a total value exceeding €500 million.

* Computer literate, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

* Ability to work accurately with figures.
