* Overall responsibility for the tendering, negotiation, award, and administration of subcontract and supply contracts with values in the multi-million-euro range.

* Commercial evaluation of subcontractor bids and preparation of well-founded award recommendations.

* Negotiation and execution of contracts.

* Commercial management of subcontracts.

* Monitoring and performance tracking of subcontractors

* Identification of risks and performance deviations through proactive planning and close stakeholder communication.

* Review, evaluation, and management of change orders and claims.

* Close collaboration with the Project Management team and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

* Continuous process optimization through regular feedback and the implementation of lessons learned.

* Regular reporting to the Project Procurement Manager.

* Completed degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a commercial qualification/training combined with relevant professional experience.

* Several years' experience in project management in large-scale projects, preferably in the construction or plant engineering industry.

* Solid knowledge in a relevant electrical engineering discipline.

* Understanding of project execution models (EPC, EPCM, etc.) is an advantage.

* Very good IT skills, particularly MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, RIB iTWO).

* Knowledge of handling contracts in accordance with VOB, BGB or HOAI is a plus.

* Fluent German language skills and good written and spoken English skills.

* Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally, with on-site work depending on the project phase.

* Excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure.

* Decisiveness, openness to change, strong interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented working style.
