Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder as Supply Chain & Quality Manager (m/f/d) within the Ground Support Equipment & Tools department.This position is a fixed-term position through the end of 2028.

Your Responsibilities:

- Manage Supply Chain & Quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance

- Identify the supplier industrial risks and issues, propose mitigation actions and follow up short term recovery plans as well as mid term / long term improvement and development plans

- Assess and work with suppliers to ensure the After Sales ramp up

- Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision in the frame of call for tender

- Monitor or support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase

- Be in charge of supplier Approval/ Conformity

- Ensure suppliers compliance with Airbus/ EASA requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders

Your Profile:

- Completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics, Supply Chain Quality, Industrial Engineering or comparable

- Several years of professional experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, Suppl Chain, Quality Management and Quality Assurance

- Experience in Airbus environment/ suppliers is a plus

- Experience in after-sales and managing recovery plans is a plus

- Good knowledge about Project Management

- Very good user skills in MS-Office and Google Workspace

- Fluent English skills spoken and written

- French or Spanish skills are a strong plus

- Willingness for occasional business trips (globally, but mainly within Europe)
