Senior Content Creator (Copy & CRM) (all genders) (Content Creator)

We are looking for YOU – Senior Content Creator (Copy & CRM) – to join Oscar Bravo. Crafting clear, compelling content that connects, inspires, and drives action across every customer touchpoint - powered by creativity, collaboration, and a consistent brand voice.

What you’ll do:

- Craft compelling, customer-focused communications throughout the member journey: onboarding, upgrades, anniversaries, reactivation, milestones
- Write engaging newsletters, CRM messages, and campaign copy to drive action and build relationships
- Produce high-quality copy for landing pages, product updates, and marketing initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels and touchpoints
- Research and identify content opportunities, contributing fresh ideas
- Optimize content based on performance, feedback, and objectives
- Create/adapt simple visual assets with the Creative Director
- Maintain and update content in CMS and digital systems
- Deliver content via website, app, newsletters, push notifications, and social media
- Collaborate with other teams for operational excellence in creative execution

Ihr Profil:

What you’ll need:

- Several years’ experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, Editor, or similar content-focused role
- Excellent long-copy skills and ability to simplify complex topics into engaging customer communication
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, newsletters, or customer lifecycle communication highly desirable
- Confident writing across diverse formats: newsletters, landing pages, product updates, and campaigns
- Strong grasp of brand communication, storytelling, and audience-driven copywriting
- Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows and content creation
- Familiar with CMS and digital publishing processes
- Able to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Experience developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Background in membership, loyalty, or community communication is a plus
- No people management, but strong ownership, accountability, and professional judgement
- Fluent English and German both written and spoken
