complex supply chain transformation programs for global customers? At
DSV, you will own complex regional implementation programs from
solution design through go-live and operational handover, working with
international customers and stakeholders. A global logistics leader

based at any of the regional DSV’s offices in Europe, working in a
truly global setting. You will become part of an international
implementation environment where you collaborate with customers,
regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver successful
transformation programs from planning through to operational handover.
Lead strategic supply chain transformation programs As Regional Senior
Project Manager, you will lead regional digital transformation
programs within DSV's Supply Chain Solutions, leveraging DSV's digital
ecosystem, including order management and freight management
solutions. You will translate customer needs into sustainable
solutions and ensure each implementation is delivered according to
DSV's governance standards and Implementation Playbook. While you
define the functional requirements and lead the implementation,
technical integration and infrastructure are handled by specialist
teams. You will have the opportunity to work across borders and
experience different customer environments, with approximately 30%
travel across Europe and internationally. More specifically, you will:
Own project governance from initiation through implementation,
hypercare and operational handover, ensuring compliance with
governance frameworks and quality gates Facilitate workshops with
customers and internal stakeholders to define business processes,
establish the functional solution scope and maintain the Functional
Solution Blueprint Drive project planning, coordinate cross-functional
teams, manage risks, dependencies and change requests, and ensure
alignment across all stakeholders throughout the implementation Lead
end-to-end testing, go-live readiness, cutover planning, structured
change management, communication, training, adoption activities and
post-go-live hypercare Establish and monitor KPIs, track benefit
realization, drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain
lessons learned to support future implementations Contribute to
internal process improvements, strengthen implementation standards and
share best practices across regions to support consistent and scalable
delivery You combine strategic thinking with supply chain expertise
You thrive in complex international environments where you can
translate business objectives into structured implementation programs
that create measurable value. With your strong analytical mindset and
excellent communication skills, you build trusted relationships with
customers, cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders while
balancing strategic direction with operational execution. In addition,
we imagine that you: Hold a master’s degree in supply chain,
logistics, business or a related field, together with at least 5 years
of experience leading regional or global supply chain programs and
multi-country rollouts of supply chain platforms. Have a solid
understanding of supply chain KPIs, ERP, TMS and WMS integrations, BI
tools and functional solution design, enabling you to define business
requirements without performing the technical integration yourself.
Hold a certification in Agile (Scrum), PRINCE2 or PMP. Experience with
process design (BPMN 2.0), API & EDI integration. Knowledge of Lean
Six Sigma, Azure DevOps and SQL would be considered an advantage.
Bring knowledge of supply chain improvement and transformation
methodologies such as Lean Management, Agile Supply Chain, Digital
Transformation, DDMRP, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Total Quality
Management (TQM), Logistics 4.0 and risk modelling. Are fluent in
English and ideally have proficiency in an additional European or
