you. Your tasks Facilitate the assessment, selection, and deployment
of new technologies to enhance efficiency and client experience in
real estate operations Develop and execute an innovation roadmap
aligned with business goals, focusing on technology integration and
process improvements Oversee innovation projects from concept to
completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with leadership, external partners and Start Ups to
identify and drive innovation opportunities Stay updated on industry
trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Educate and train staff on new technologies and practices to support
continuous improvement Track KPIs to measure the impact of innovation
initiatives and adjust strategies as needed Your profile Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related
field Strong understanding of business operations and financial
principles Ability to align technology initiatives with business
objectives Excellent analytical and communicational skills Project
Management experience and willingness to work hard in a challenged
environment Proficiency in English and German Your perspective An
