Our Conversion Unitcombines strategic portfolio steering with hands-on execution,unlocking value through repositioning, energy transformation andinnovative use cases across one of Europe’s largest real estateportfolios.

The Commercial Development function drives the commerciallogic and portfolio-level value creation of the Conversion Unit. Therole focuses on identifying scalable use-cases, initiatingeconomically viable conversion strategies and orchestrating the earlyproject phases to create decision-ready opportunities. KeyResponsibilities Initiation and steering of early-stage conversion andrepositioning scenarios across the portfolio Development ofeconomically viable use-case strategies in close coordination withAsset Management and Development Driving phases 2a) Alternative Use /Product Scenarios and 2b) Energy & Subsidy Scenarios Delegation andcoordination of internal functional expertise teams (Energy/ESG,Financing, Business Planning, Data & Controlling) Establishingportfolio-level comparability and prioritization of opportunitiesPreparation of Decision Gate 1, including business case structuring,risk transparency and governance readiness Structuring and steeringoperator, tenant and investor engagement strategies Identification andmanagement of potential exit structures, JV partners or forwardfunding opportunities Sparring partner to Project Directors from phase3a onwards, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy andexecution reality Interface & Collaboration Close collaboration withProject Directors, Asset Management and Development Coordination ofall functional expertise units within the Conversion Unit Interactionwith operators, tenants, investors, banks and external advisorsAlignment with senior management regarding portfolio priorities andstrategic direction Profile Strong commercial background in realestate, development, transactions, asset management or related fieldsAbility to combine strategic portfolio thinking with project-levelexecution understanding Experience in business case development,operator structures and investment processes Entrepreneurial andsolution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability tostructure complexity and drive interdisciplinary teams without formalhierarchy High motivation to shape a first-mover conversion platformwith institutional scale Your perspective Attractive remunerationpackage Significant scope for professional development and acceleratedcareer progression within a large, institutionally led real estateplatform.
