TASKS WITH IMPACT

- Drive the development of POS initiatives, digital touchpoints, and customer experience concepts across the DACH region
- Plan and execute promotions, regional campaigns, service initiatives, and in-store activations
- Manage and optimize digital content for POS screens and other digital customer touchpoints
- Identify and implement innovative technologies and AI-powered content solutions to enhance the POS experience
- Develop premium retail concepts and support luxury campaigns, window displays, and brand activations
- Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and business partners while managing project budgets
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams

YOUR SKILLS

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in POS, Retail or Digital Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a comparable role
- Experience with digital touchpoints, content management, and customer experience initiatives
- Interest in AI-driven content solutions and emerging retail technologies
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for premium brand presentation and retail concepts
- Excellent communication skills, a structured working style, and proficiency in German and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
