Cell Manager (d/f/m) (Produktmanager/in)

What you´ll do

- Leads entire plant cell/department
- Strong role-model in safety, quality and ongoing delivery of the high standards
- Owning in process and output measures of the Cell (output KPIs: safety, quality, op.excellence, productivity and cost) (In-process KPIs: qualification level, DMS execution, loss elimination)
- Builds the business: ongoing improvement and projects execution
- Builds the organization: builds and develops the team. Develops the leaders of others in his/her organization
- Implements Lean manufacturing according the Henkel standards (HPS) as a way of work in his/her Cell
- Strives for ongoing improvement: implementing of the best industry practices, Self and team development

What makes you a good fit

- Master degree in technical field
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of production leadership position
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong practical Lean manufacturing / TPM / IWS skills
- Fluent language skills in German and English
