About this Position

We are looking for a new team member who is excited to shape the next chapter of LOCTITE Pulse with us.

LOCTITE Pulse is Henkel Adhesives’ industrial IoT solution portfolio for predictive maintenance across different industries. It creates new digital growth opportunities while strengthening the connection to Henkel’s core Adhesive Technologies business.

As Product Owner LOCTITE Pulse App, you will join a global team that is building digital solutions for real industrial challenges. In this strategically important role, you will help shape a growing product that connects customer needs, technology, and business impact — with the freedom to drive direction in a start-up-like environment backed by the scale and stability of Henkel.

What you´ll do

- Own and continuously evolve the LOCTITE Pulse App as a key digital product within Henkel Adhesive Technologies
- Define, communicate, and manage the product roadmap based on customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility
- Translate user insights, stakeholder input, market requirements, and direct external customer interactions into clear product requirements and backlog priorities
- Collaborate closely with UX, Customer Success Management, Business Development, Sales, and engineering/IT teams to discover, validate, and deliver relevant product features
- Oversee the product development process from discovery and planning to design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, product sprints, and backlog refinement to ensure focus, transparency, and delivery progress
- Act as an ambassador for the product vision and ensure strong alignment with internal stakeholders and customers

What makes you a good fit

- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation to understand technical digital solutions
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial, software, IIoT, manufacturing, or maintenance-related environment, ideally including exposure to hardware integration, connected devices, sensors, or edge connectivity
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner for a technical digital solution, with the ability to work closely with engineering/IT teams and translate technical requirements into a clear product roadmap
- Strong understanding of agile methods and product management principles, including Scrum, MVP thinking, product roadmaps, backlog management, and iterative delivery
- Good understanding of IIoT, sensor technologies, machine health monitoring, and the interaction between digital products and industrial environments
- Strong AI literacy and curiosity for emerging digital development practices, including agentic coding, with the ability to recognize how new ways of working can improve product delivery and team efficiency
- Customer-first and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with strong ownership, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
