Market & Customer Activation Manager Global Channel (d/f/m) (CRM-Manager/in)

What you´ll do

- Drive and execute market and customer activation strategies for channel and small & medium enterprises (SME) business globally
- Develop channel-specific content for customer-facing teams, based on global segment-specific content and campaigns
- Drive channel partnerships, esp. joint campaigns and promotion
- Lead execution of distribution-specific events in Europe and North America regions
- Collaborate with and steer external creative, marketing and media agencies, as well as internal regional HAT demand centers
- Communicate, share and leverage channel-related content internally
- Plan, manage and track MCA plan and budget

What makes you a good fit

- Master's degree in economics, business administration or similar, ideally with focus on marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Knowledge of channel go-to-market approach in B2B environment, ideally with min. 2 years work experience in related commercial role
- Strong communication, creative and analytical capabilities
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
