Site Hygiene /Microbiology leader (d/f/m) (Mikrobiologe/-biologin)

What you´ll do

- Implementing Henkel Company Safety standard and best industry practices to the daily live of the production plant
- Leading the site Microbiology program. Direct leadership of the site Hygiene team
- Indirect leadership across the site through consistent Hygiene program implementation
- Setting the high standards and pushing the implementations through
- Managing and continuously improving the GMP and Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO, and company-specific requirements
- Analyzing quality-related KPIs and using data to identify improvement opportunities through structured root cause analysis
- Strive for ongoing improvement: digitization, staying in touch with the current best practices, self- development and plant team ongoing development

What makes you a good fit

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in field of microbiology
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality/hygiene leadership position in production
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Fluent language skills in German and English
