(Senior) Engineer Adaptive Validation (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

- Ensures that properties (vehicles) are ready for testing in time and quality
- Instrumentation of test vehicles including data loggers and debug interfaces
- Plans and executes test activities
- Drives issue root cause analysis and issue resolution in the field of Adaptive Testing, supports issue root cause analysis in cross-functional teams
- Reports the test readiness status and escalate blocking point to line manager and Lead EngineerStrongly collaborates and communicates with regional and global teams to ensure an efficient test setup
- Works and coordinates external and internal validation partners
- Develops test cases and test methods
- Establish and maintain know-how exchange at company for critical base technologies (e.g. serial data, software programming) in the field of validation
- Continuously improves and drives methods to assure an efficient test readiness, test environment setup and test execution

Your profile:

- 3+ years of working experience in Automotive Validation
- Experienced background in European automotive OEM & supplier industries
- Experienced knowledge in whole-vehicle development standards & testing
- Experience in working in multi-functional teams and complex projects
- Fluent communication skills in English are required, additional Chinese knowledge is preferred
- Frequent travel (max. 50% of time) in Europe, Turkey and UK required
- Appropriate Visa for these countries
