Aspart of a structured succession planning process at our Winnenden(Stuttgart area) site, we are looking for a Controller (m/f/d)European Logistics & Supply Chain Finance who is motivated to take onincreasing responsibility and further develop their career within aninternational environment. In this role, you will work closely withthe current Team Lead and gain comprehensive insight into thefinancial steering of our European logistics organization. Over time,you will be systematically introduced to broader responsibilities andleadership-related tasks. This position offers a clear perspective toassume the Team Lead role for European Logistics & Supply ChainFinance in the future as part of our long-term succession planning.Your responsibilities: Logistics cost controlling: partner closelywith the logistics organization to perform budget-to-actual analyses,ad hoc evaluations, scenario analyses, and management reportingBudgeting & forecasting: prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts,and financial outlooks Closing activities: support month-end andyear-end closing processes Management reporting: prepare, analyze, andcontinuously improve monthly management reports and KPIs Support thestrategic planning of European logistics operations and developbusiness cases for the development of the European warehouse footprintInventory controlling: analyze inventory levels, inventory variances,rework and scrapping activities to track financial impacts andidentify risks and opportunities Projects & process improvements:participate in international and cross-functional projects with afocus on enhancing controlling processes, reporting standards, anddigital tools Leadership exposure: collaborate closely with thecurrent Team Lead, gaining insight into leadership responsibilities,stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making processes Yourprofile: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, BusinessInformatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualificationRelevant experience in Controlling, Finance, or a related analyticalbusiness partnering role, ideally in an international environmentBusiness analytical skills, interest in numbers and data, and theexpertise to translate financial insights into businessrecommendations Competent knowledge of Excel and BI tools; SAPknowledge as a plus Structured, proactive, and solution-orientedworking style combined with collaboration skills Communication andstakeholder management skills across different organizational levelsInterest in taking on additional responsibility and developing towarda leadership position Good command of German and English Willingnessto travel according to business need within Europe What we offer: Aninteresting position with an attractive company––recognized as a"top employer” by kununu A genuine succession opportunity: Thisposition has been created as part of a long-term succession plan.
