To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgartarea) as soon as possible, we are looking for an Accounting FinanceManager (m/f/d) Your role: Manage the day-to-day delivery ofaccounting operations across the company and lead, coach and developthe local accounting team Manage and coordinate the operationalmonthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate andtimely delivery to the head of Financial Accounting in accordance withIFRS and German GAAP Oversee the general ledger and sub-ledgers,including reconciliations, accruals, provisions, intercompanyaccounting and balance sheet substantiation Prepare key balance sheet,cash flow and foreign exchange reporting for EMEA Finance and localmanagement Support and coordinate the operational preparation ofstatutory financial statements as well as consolidation and managementreporting requirements Execute and monitor accounting controls withinthe established governance framework and ensure compliance withfinance policies and documentation standards Manage the day-to-daycoordination of external and internal audits, including evidenceprovision, issue tracking and follow-up of agreed actions Act as a keyfinance process expert for SAP S/4HANA, particularly across FI/MM/COand integrated accounting processes Support project initiatives suchas the implementation of digital accounting solutions, e-invoicing andscalable close management practices Maintain process documentation,control narratives and work instructions in accordance with applicablestandards and the governance framework Your profile: Extensiveprofessional experience in accounting or financial reporting, ideallygained in an international or matrix organisation Degree in finance,accounting, business administration or a comparable qualification; arecognised accounting qualification is an advantage Strong knowledgeof IFRS and German GAAP, with practical experience in monthly closing,statutory accounts, reconciliations, accounting controls and auditsPrevious experience in leading, supervising or coordinating anaccounting team Strong SAP knowledge, preferably SAP S/4HANA withexperience in FI/MM/CO; understanding of integrated MM and reportingprocesses is an advantage Advanced competence in Microsoft 365,especially MS Excel Good command of German and English Your perks:Interesting tasks with an attractive employer – recognized as a "TopEmployer” by kununu in 2025 and 2026 Free parking spaces directlynext to the office and good public transport connections Fresh fruit,water and hot beverages for free Company fitness via "EGYM Wellpass”Bicycle leasing via "JobRad” EAP (mental support for employees)Learning platforms such as "GoodHabitz” and "Learn TTI” for yourprofessional development Special employee benefits via "Family &Friends” and additional corporate benefit Are you interested?
