What you'll do

- Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and steering across business units
- Create transparency on business impact, outcomes, risks, and dependencies
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to enable evidence-based decision-making
- Support leadership with meaningful insights, portfolio analyses, and recommendations
- Continuously improve portfolio management processes and leverage modern technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate alignment on different flight levels
- Foster a culture of accountability, value creation, and continuous improvement

What you'll need

- First experience in portfolio management, PMO, project management, business operations, strategy, or a related field
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills paired with a pragmatic, hands-on attitude
- Curiosity about AI, digital technologies, and innovative ways of working
- A solid understanding of how business decisions translate into measurable impact and outcomes
- The ability to understand processes end-to-end and identify opportunities for optimization
- Fluency in English. German preferred
- Understands that portfolio management is about creating value, not maintaining spreadsheets
- A strong sense for what truly matters to the business
