Microsoft Identity Engineer | MIM/FIM, Active Directory, PowerShell (Informatiker/in)

We are looking for a IAM Microsoft Identity Engineer, Active Directory, PowerShell to join our team in Tintschl and be part of a new project for our long-term partner Airbus.

Your Tasks
The IAM Technical Specialist will design, implement, and operate Microsoft Identity solutions within national projects.

Responsibilities include:

- developing architectures
- maintaining IAM systems (monitoring, ticket handling, change requests, problem management, backup/recovery)
- updating documentation
- providing technical advice
- monitoring technologies
- supporting operational teams
- recommending improvements to designs and processes.

Your Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)

Several years of relevant experience in IAM and infrastructure

Strong expertise in Microsoft Identity solutions (MIM & FIM), integrated user management, Active Directory, LDAP, and user/group management

Ability to independently develop architectures and technical documentation

Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Windows Server (2016+), PowerShell scripting

Experience with database systems, especially MS SQL

Fluent in German and English (business level)
