Managing Director (m/f/d) (Geschäftsführer/in)

For KYOCERA AVX Components (Betzdorf) GmbH we are looking for a Managing Director (m/f/d) at our location inBetzdorf.

What you can expect

- Overall responsibility for a company in the automotive industry (~130 employees), including direct leadership of around 100 employees
- Define, implement and execute long-term strategies for growth, profitability and innovation
- Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and risk management
- Represents the company with customers, partners and stakeholders nationally and internationally
- Builds and develops leadership teams and organizational structures
- Promotes and reinforce a strong culture of safety, compliance and sustainability
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives

What we are looking for

- Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, business administration or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience, including a senior management or executive role with essential background in the automotive industry, ideally within a Tier 1 or 2 supplier
- Proven track record in strategy, business development and organizational leadership
- Strong technical understanding of automotive manufacturing and industrial processes
- Profound experience in leading negotiations with works councils and trade unions
- Fluent language skills in both German and English
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as hands-on, decisive and results-oriented personality
