The Controlling Solutions team shapes and drives the system landscape for Controlling, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance processes across the Douglas Group, playing a key role in the ongoing S/4HANA transformation.
We are looking for you as Functional Consultant Controlling Solutions (f/m/x), someone who is passionate about digitalising, automating and standardising end-to-end processes. This role plays a significant part in ensuring efficient interfaces between Controlling and IT and in shaping the future of our system landscape. TASKS WITH IMPACT

- You shape and further develop the system landscape for Controlling, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance processes across the Douglas Group as part of the S/4HANA transformation
- Digitalising, automating and standardising end-to-end processes is central to your role, ensuring efficient interfaces between Controlling and IT
- Maintaining and further developing data models, interfaces and platform solutions within Controlling, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance falls under your responsibility
- Together with internal stakeholders and external partners, you gather, assess and implement business requirements
- Analysing complex error patterns and developing sustainable solutions form part of your day-to-day work, alongside support within second- and third-level support
- In projects, you take on responsibility, coordinate external partners and actively support the development of the Controlling Solutions team
- After successful onboarding, you take on the deputy team lead role and support the professional management of the team

YOUR SKILLS

- You hold a successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
- Several years of IT experience in the field of group controlling and reporting systems are an advantage
- Solid knowledge of SQL, programming and ETL tools, along with a good understanding of data structures and data models in a finance context, complete your profile
- When it comes to interface management as well as the analysis and optimisation of business processes, you take a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Transformation projects, particularly in an S/4HANA context, spark your interest, and you enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams
- Initial experience in the professional leadership of employees, or the motivation to take on leadership responsibility over time, is welcome
- You communicate confidently in both German and English, written and spoken
