Support the development and execution of integration and carve-out strategies — including operating model considerations — and contribute to comprehensive transaction plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and roadmaps to drive stakeholder alignment and transparency.

• Lead selected workstreams and coordinate cross-functional activities, establishing governance frameworks that define decision-making responsibilities, escalation paths, feedback mechanisms, and SteerCo/team meeting cadence.

• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and escalate where necessary to protect deal success throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers, effectively communicating the needs of acquired or carved-out businesses to secure timely decisions and maintain momentum.

• Track and report progress against established KPIs, maintaining transparency with senior management and ensuring all teams remain focused on priorities during post-deal execution.

• Develop and maintain internal integration/carve-out execution playbooks — encompassing templates, tools, governance frameworks, and standardized KPIs — capturing lessons learned and continuously improving execution methodologies.

• Build organizational capability through training, coaching, and playbook walkthroughs for business and functional leaders, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team environment.
