Your Qualifications:

- Profound experience as an HR Business Partner within a large international organization
- Proven track record supporting sizeable business units, divisions, or corporate functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership teams
- High degree of ownership, independence, and personal credibility
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Experience within matrix organizations is essential
- Fluent English is mandatory
- International exposure, expatriate experience, or a history of successful international assignments is highly valued
