HR & Administration Specialist (m/w/d) France (Betriebswirt/in (Hochschule) - Personalmanagement)

Your mission
• Responsibility for the operational HR support from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensuring smooth and legally compliant HR administration (contracts, certificates, master data maintenance).
• Independent execution and support of payroll accounting in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Processing and coordination of visa, residence, and work permit matters for international employees.
• Documentation of all relevant HR processes as well as ensuring data quality in HR systems.
• Close cooperation with our Headquarter as well as external authorities and service providers.

Your profile
• Initial experience in HR support, HR administration
• Experience in handling visa and labor law issues in an international environment is an advantage.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong service orientation, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
• Very good written and spoken France and English skills are strictly required
