Location: Düsseldorf, Germany | Hybrid & Flexible Work

Support customers, distributors, and sales teams with technical expertise.
Monitor market trends to drive future product and business development.
Identify new applications, market opportunities, and business growth potential.
Introduction of new polymer grades and technologies.
Conduct technical presentations, customer training, and workshops.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, machine manufacturers, and development partners.

Master's degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
Experience in Technical Service, Application Development, R&D, Product Development, Technical Sales, Business Development within the specialty chemicals industry.
Strong knowledge of high-performance polymers and polymer processing technologies.
Strong commercialization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
Fluent in English and German.
