Through close collaborative development with aircraft design and other engineering disciplines, Manufacturing Engineering (ME) ensures the manufacturing feasibility OTOCOQ (On Time, On Cost, On Quality) of our new products. Here, you can enjoy the quality of life in the countryside while the pleasures of near-by cities are still within easy reach.Our Benefits for You- Fair Compensation & Extras: Attractive remuneration and individual additional benefits, such as company pension schemes, mobility offers (e.g., bike leasing), or corporate discounts with partner companies in accordance with our current guidelines.- Time for You (and Your Loved Ones): 30 days of annual leave based on our collective agreement (35-hour week); work-life balance through flexible working hours (flextime), mobile working, part-time options, job sharing, and sabbatical opportunities.- Growth Made Easy: Excellent professional development opportunities and international, group-wide career perspectives.- Feel Good at Work: On-site company doctor; comprehensive health programs (sports courses, preventive care, etc.), canteen and cafeteria, and local childcare facilities at selected locations.- Diversity Connects: Work in a diverse environment with more than 140 nationalities, where exchange, mutual support, and inclusion are part of our DNA.- Your tasks and responsibilities- End-to-End Industrialization: Ensure the successful industrialization of Jigs and Tools assets (creation, development, and modification) based on identified operational needs until final acceptance and handover to Operations Management.- Design & Technical Specifications: Design and/or specify requested Jigs and Tools assets according to requirements from ME Process Engineers, Operations, Maintenance Engineers, and Plant/FAL Quality Assurance Representatives.- Compliance & Human Factors: Seamlessly integrate requirements regarding Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Environment, Security (including Cyber Security), and legal standards (Export Control, CE Marking) into J&T technical specifications.- Industrial Integration: Ensure supplied solutions are fully integrated within the industrial system through robust acceptance processes driven by defined KPIs.- Procurement Support: Actively contribute to procurement phases, including the drafting of technical specifications for calls for tender.- Capex/Opex Alignment: Support Finance activities in elaborating CapEx and OpEx dossiers.- Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Support root cause analysis for non-conformities and drive corrective action projects.- Technology Insertion: Integrate mature industrial technologies in liaison with R&T/R&D to consolidate the Airbus Industrial Vision.Desired skills and qualifications- Education: Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.- Experience: 5 years of proven professional experience in composite tooling, manufacturing fixtures, and composite materials.- CAD Skills: Advanced level of proficiency in CATIA (V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE).- Soft Skills: High adaptability to work on cutting-edge topics within an agile, cross-functional networking environment.- Languages: Advanced / fluent proficiency in English (working language).Not a 100% match?
