Yourresponsibilities Create user-centered concepts for digital productsand services (apps, web platforms and machine interfaces), usingdesign and prototyping tools Select and apply suitable researchmethods, from interviews to usability testing, and turn the findingsinto design decisions Translate complex design concepts into clear,compelling narratives for stakeholders Plan and moderate workshops,guiding participants through collaborative activities Make sureaccessibility is built into our products from the start Work in agileproject teams, analyzing requirements with product owners and projectmanagers and working closely with developers Champion design withinLDC, across the Liebherr Group and with project stakeholders Yourqualifications 5+ years of experience in UX design, with soliduser-centered working methods Interdisciplinary design knowledge andthe ability to draw inspiration from other design disciplinesExperience across the design process, including research, user flows,information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and usability testingConfident use of visual design, interface design and prototypingtools, including experience working with design systems Knowledge ofaccessibility standards (e.g.

WCAG) Experience with agile methods andcuriosity about new technologies and trends Excellent communication,moderation and presentation skills Fluent English and German at B2level or above.
